  • Review your account balances and recent transactions.
  • Share and receive your RIB and IBAN via email or SMS.
  • Access and download electronic account statements (e-Relevés).
  • Set up alerts and receive notifications to monitor your account activity effectively.
  • View details of ongoing loans, including consumer credit and mortgage products.
  • Consult your life insurance contracts.
  • Manage accounts on behalf of others where you are authorized as a mandatary.
• Payment methods management:
  • Check your card balances and transaction details.
  • Order a checkbook.
  • Block or unblock your bank card in case of loss or theft.
  • Adjust the international transaction limit on your card.
• Performing bank transfers:
  • Execute transfers between your accounts or to third parties within Polynésie Française, France, overseas territories, or internationally.
  • Add new beneficiaries swiftly and securely.
• Secure messaging with your bank:
  • Request information or assistance.
  • Schedule appointments with banking advisors.
  • Send documents or supporting materials securely.

The functionalities described above are exclusively available to SOCREDO clients who have subscribed to the online client portal WEBSOC, a paid remote banking service. Please note that some services are optional and subject to conditions, linked to the products held by the client.
